How long will it take for my Maccs to arrive?
Maccs are baked to order. Depending on your place in line, that happens two to three days from the time you place your order. Shipping can take an additional one to four days. That depends on the shipping companies and your location. We do not bake on weekends.
Shipping time takes longer during the summer months as they spend a night in our freezers before they start their travels to you. Patience required but worth it!

Is the delivery date guaranteed?
Once the Maccs are in the shipper’s hands, there is no guarantee. Since we are not a shipping company, we cannot guarantee the shipping company’s performance.
Next Day or 2nd Day Air with UPS is guaranteed by UPS. Usually for the most part they get it right!!
If a delivery is needed for a special event or specific date, we highly recommend ordering ahead of time and contacting our customer service team at hello@themaccs.com before purchasing. Maccs freeze perfectly.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Once the Maccs leave our bakery, we rely on the shipping company to get them to you in the estimated delivery time, pending no weather/shipping delays.
As long as you fill in the correct and complete address when you place your order, the Maccs should arrive on time. And if they don’t, we will do everything we can to help get your Maccs to you in the event of an issue.

REMEMBER: Shipping on Thursdays and Fridays during the summer months is depends on where you live & the shippig service.

Yes, we bake your order just for you!! And ship them right away. During the summer months, they spend a night in our freezers before shipping.
